OpenEduCat is committed to delivering software and services that meet the expectations set out during your evaluation and purchase process. This policy describes the conditions under which refunds or credits may be issued for digital products, professional services, and training. Because most of our products are delivered digitally and services begin upon engagement, we encourage prospective customers to take advantage of free demos and trial evaluations before purchasing. If you have concerns about a purchase, our support team is available to work with you toward a resolution.

2. Digital Products

We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent. As digital products cannot be physically returned or resold once accessed, all sales of digital products are final.

3. Product Support

If you experience difficulties obtaining or accessing your digital purchases, please reach out to our support team. We are committed to resolving any technical issues with receiving or downloading products.

4. Professional Services

Implementation and consulting services are subject to the terms outlined in your service agreement. Generally, services that have been delivered are non-refundable. For services not yet rendered, refunds may be provided on a case-by-case basis. Training services may be rescheduled or credited toward future training within 12 months.
